What is Voice Broadcasting?

Phone Messaging (also known as Voice Broadcasting) is a hosted platform that allows you to send pre-recorded voice messages to your phone list which could be friends, customers, congregation, vendors or the public. You have your own Control Panel, where you can add unlimited phone numbers into separate phone books for different campaigns. For instance, you can add a phone book labeled clients, church family, debtors, advertise, reminders etc. You can send one or million voice messages to one or one million people with a mouse click. You can add or edit phone numbers manually or upload large amount of phone numbers with excel or spread sheet. More Uses

How it works

Sign up and then login into your control panel. Create a campaign. Record your message with the number we will automatically generate for you  or upload a sound file. Then upload your phone list or manually add each phone number to your account. Then Zofaa Communications™ Broadcast platform will send the calls to your clients & customers or phone list. Your message will be sent at speeds of over 50 calls-per-minute. (Increased speeds available)

Our Voice Broadcasting system allows you to view the result of your campaign live as it is happening; you will see the number of live calls, machine pick up, went to voicemail's, transfers and more. You can easily follow up with customers and create Press-1 campaigns to speak to your customers, and even generate new business. It can be configured to target answering machines, live people, or both. You can even run multiple campaigns at the same time, at different call volumes and with different sound prompts and transfer locations. Easy tracking is included as well. For example,  you record a call for up to a minute and send to 100 phone numbers and you are charged ( 0.05 cents x 100) = $5.00 total usage charge

How it works

After your subscription (payment) we will give you a choice of available numbers in the area code of your choice o a unique Toll Free number, you choose you number and it is forwarded to a cell phone, business phone or any number of your choice. It’s a dedicated number you own and can be transferred to any service provider if you are not happy with our service. Now you can keep your personal cell number private without having to carry  two cell phones.
